This is a great storage unit for toys. It did come with a little nick in the front left corner, but it's in a child's room, and not very noticable.
My main complaint is that it really stunk for about a month - off-gassing I guess, maybe from the wood? It didn't smell like paint. It was a pungent smell. I was glad we installed it in the spring so we could leave the windows open all day and all night and let fresh air in. I would not have been comfortable having my son sleep with that odor (and whatever fumes were causing it) in his room otherwise. It really took ages to dissipate too - at least four weeks.
That said, I would definitely buy it again, but next time I would leave it somewhere else for a few weeks until the stench goes away.
Serta Perfect Start Crib Mattress, White
This mattress I ordered, got it super fast. It's nice and firm. I loved the price and I thought oh it's going to be a a return, cause of the price NOT!!! Fits my crib perfectly, at 8 months its super light wieght to pick up myself and the material is laminated so it could wipe clean ( I guess, won't really know till baby gets here) but doesnt have that laminate that makes that awful crunchy noise. Very nice. Overall great item to buy when on tight budget.
Kids Line Jungle 123 Hamper, Brown
This simple hamper goes well with the jungle 123 nursery decor. It is very cute and looks good in my son's jungle themed room. It is incredibly light and does exactly what it is meant to do. The top part, with the monkey face, is actually a flap that serves as a cover. Sometimes this flap can be cumbersome, but it does stay in position and does not sink in unless there is weight on top of it. When I get a little lazy, I toss the clothes on top and the flap eventually sinks in so just the giraffe portion shows, which still looks fine. There is an easily removable mesh laundry bag inside the jungle themed hamper bag. I have not washed it yet, so cannot comment on how it washes up. It is a simple design, but functions well. I am pleased with this purchase.
Graco Somerset Convertible Crib
Only had it about a week now but I really liked it, definently want two people to put it together if possible but I did it alone and i'm a girl. Fits a standard crib mattress just fine and the slats are close together so the baby can't get their head stuck or anything. My baby loves it, it has three height settings so that you don't have to bend over really far to pick up an infant but also so that once your baby can stand and sit up on their own they don't get out. I love it one of the best investments so far. and I love that it can last until she is in college.
Stork Craft Custom Tuscany White Finish Glider and Ottoman with Free lower lumbar pillow
We purchased this glider to go in our 2 month old daughter's nursery and I'm sure glad we did! The fabric is a light beige/tan microfiber and the glider and ottoman both glide very smoothly. We have not had to deal with any squeaking so far and the fabric is very soft and easy to clean. The only complaints that I have about it is that when it was delivered, it was packaged very well, but the white paint on the gider itself has a few noticeable marks on it. Luckily they are mostly all covered by the cushions but still, if you are buying something brand new, you would expect the finish to be immaculate. Other than that, its a great product for the price and we are very happy with our purchase thus far.
Graco Shelby Classic 4 in 1 Convertible Crib
I finally ordered this crib after looking at lots (and I mean lots) of cribs and their reviews. This is an awesome crib! It is a cinch to put together, is very sturdy, and looks great! It is elegant, yet practical. I have the crib in the cappuccino color; the color is warm and rich...very nice. We were looking for a crib that would be able to fit into our bedroom and not be too large, and this one was it. It fits a standard sized 52 x 28 crib mattress; the difference is that it doesn't sit as high as other standard cribs but, for me, this was what I was wanting and looking for. After doing alot of reading and research on SIDS (since my husband had a daughter who died from SIDS), we paired this with a Naturepedic Organic mattress and CozyWedge bumpers (instead of the traditional bumpers which can pose a suffocation hazard), and our five-month old son has had no problems sleeping peacefully in this crib. I highly recommend this beautiful crib
Badger Basket Two Bin Storage Cubby
We just received the Badger Basket two bin and three bin storage containers in blue. My husband was able to put one together in less than 20 minutes. The other arrived with two broken parts. I got onto the Badger Basket website and they have a super easy parts claim form. It took all of 2 minutes to fill out what parts I need and they are shipping me new ones within 3-14 business days free of charge. This is included in their 30 day warranty.
The products themselves are very sturdy and a perfect storage solution for our son's room. Yes, the screws are visible but that is no big deal in my opinion. For the price you cannot find a comparable product out there and these are staying in my son's room so aesthetics really aren't of high importance. They come with hardware so you can stack them together, however, if you are stacking more than two I would invest in sturdier, more secure hardware as what is in included is kind of flimsy.
All in all, I am pleased with this product and am glad that I didn't spend double to order a similar product elsewhere.

Large Collapsible Canvas Toy Box
I love that it is soft and light and can be folded up. It's easy to move from one area to another. It even has handles. I especially like that the lid won't hurt his fingers if it closes on them. Years ago my nephew almost lost a finger when a heavy wooden toy chest top dropped down on him. That was a significant reason for my choice in purchasing this toy chest.
It is a neutral color so it can go in any room/ any decor. When he was too small to reach over the top, we laid it on its side so he could access the toys easily. He'd just crawl over and pull things out. Now he can stand and reach in when the chest is upright. It could also be used to store other things: clothes, holiday decoration, etc. so we'll get a lot of use from it.

Dream On Me Classic Toddler Bed
My son loves the bed completely. It's super cute and sits low to the ground- which I wanted so if he falls out that it wouldn't be a big fall. Putting the bed together was fairly easily, I do recommend having two people, as the mattress boards in between the frame need to fit into the pre-drilled holes and it's helpful to have someone hold them in place while bed is being placed together.
Positives/Negatives:
-Low to the ground
-Came w/dents in frame in areas not linked w/damage in transit
-Easy for child to get in and out of
-Built on frame guards should be a little taller
-Fairly easy to put together, recommend extra helping hand though
-Good price (in my opinion, I only paid 19.95 total w/coupon)
-Arrived promptly
-Simple
-Overall quality good
-Mattress boards weren't painted to match bed
-Mattress boards had some cracks
-Cherry finish not unified in some areas of the bed, but I liked it

Dream On Me Jessica Changing Table, Cognac
This changing table was really pretty, but to describe it as Cognac is wrong. cognac falls into the expresso/cherry category, this table is more like a pine color. the picture makes it look a lot darker than it actually is. Its also shorter than I expected, Im 5ft 10in and most furniture is short on me, but my mother is 5ft 3in and she still had to bend almost halfway to use the changing table. Thats not a good thing when youve got to stoop to change a diaper. Otherwise, good construction, and the wood finish was really beautiful, it just didn't work for me.
Sealy Baby Posturepedic Mattress
While in the process of setting up the crib for our first child, we have window-shopped extensively for a decent mattress. Needless to say, our search ended with this one. Our requirements were simple - The mattress should feel comfortable and should be very nicely made. An average quality product won't do for your bundle of joy :)
The Sealy mattress fit perfectly in the crib that we purchased from some other vendor. The mattress is water proof and feels smooth and soft on touch. The sheet from the bedding set covers the mattress nicely. The mattress has side pockets to release air from the pressure of some weight being put on it. This is important as the mattress seam stays intact after constant use and will prolong the life of the product.
While looking, we saw some mattresses priced over $300 and for no apparent quality difference. This mattress is very decently priced and surpasses our rigid expecations.
Overall, we have been extremely pleased with the mattress. Highly recommended!

Baby Buddy 5 Pack Size-It Closet Organizers
Regardless of what a first-time mom-to-be registers for, I include this (or the pink version) with her present. With my first two I used bags and labels and always ended up missing out on outfits. Once we had a girl, I figured there would be more hanging clothes so it justified using them. I wish I'd used them for the first two! It's nice that you can simply rotate the hangers to the back of the line, put a new sticker on top of the old, and add another division. I changed the markings on mine so that they cover ranges, but otherwise, I'm a big fan!
Safety 1st Heavenly Dreams Crib Mattress, White
I think this mattress is a great value! The foam is nice and firm, but its very light which is great for changing the crib bedding, the cover is waterproof which is great, and it even has a zipper if for some reason there is ever a reason that you would need to remove the cover. When i opened it there were no weird odors or plastic-type smells which was a relief. I also noticed the tag on mine says its made in Canada which is nice to know. Im really happy with this purchase and i would recommend this mattress to anyone that wants a perfectly fine crib mattress for less money
LA Baby 3" Compact Crib Mattress, White
I wasn't sure that this would fit our Graco pack and play, but it was a perfect fit. We took a trip for Thanksgiving and our 19 mo. old isn't ready to sleep in a real bed, so we took his pack and play. When we've gone to visit grandparents before he wouldn't sleep in it- kept waking up during the night. He was too used to sleeping on his mattress in his crib and the pack and play mat was too hard for him to get comfortable. This mattress was a live saver! He was able to get comfortable and slept through the night while we were on vacation. Took his naps in there too. Make sure you get the mattress sheet cover for it as just the plastic will not feel good. It needs a fitted sheet over it.
Dream On Me 3" Spring Coil Portable Crib Mattress, White
Just purchased this for our Sorelle Camden Porta Crib & Changer. This crib comes with a one inch foam pad that I have used up to now with my 6 month old. I was very happy to find this 3" Dream on Me Coiled mattress online. There are very few mattress and bedding options for mini crib and this is the only product like this that I have found. The other main options to upgrade from the included pad that I found are 3" foam mattresses or 6" coil mattresses. I saw a 3" Portable Crib Mattress by Colgate (all foam) in a store and it didn't feel much more substantial than the 1" mattress that came with my crib. The 6" mattresses I have seen online exceed our crib's recommended maximum mattress depth of 4" (I am not sure why they have this limitation on depth) and apparently it is hard to find sheets that will fit a 6" deep porta crib sized mattress. The Jersey Knit Portacrib Sheets from Buy Buy Baby that I have been using on the 1" pad fit this 3" Dream on Me mattress.
KidKraft Modern Toddler Cot
This bed is fantastic. Our convertible crib was broken in a move, so it could only be used as a crib (and not convert like we did for our first son). Our second son had a horrible problem of getting his knees and chubby thighs stuck in the slats of the crib so we had to move him to a bed at 15 months. He is a shorty, so I was afraid of him being able to get in and out and falling off, etc. This bed was the perfect choice. It is low to the ground, but incredibly and surprisingly sturdy. It is plain wood so you don't have to deal with some cartoon character so it isn't too overwhelming and instead you can just dress it up with different sheet sets and it looks great. I put this together myself (with the help of my 3 y/o) in about 2 hours. It would have been quicker without my little "helper". I do advise that you use an actual Allen wrench and regular wrench and not the ridiculous cheap ones that come in the little tool kit. That's it! Both of my kids love it and my child has had no issues.
Burlington Baby Wicker Hamper
I was looking for a tall but narrow hamper for an already cramped bedroom and it turns out there are very few modern choices. Standards now seem to be square or round, neither of which fit into the 'low-profile' category. Luckily I remember this style from growing up with the heavy-duty versions in our home. It's under $50, looks relatively nice with the natural wicker weave exterior, and only projects about a foot from the wall. Works for me.
This modern version is not quite as sturdy as the old-timey ones, being reinforced with plastic u-channel instead of wood, but so far it's holding up just fine. As stated the natural weave looks good. The plasticky border could be less bargain-looking, but hey it's a bargain!
There is no removable linen liner like many of the more modern designs include, which would be nice for lifting the clothes out and running down to the washer like a cat burglar with no sense of direction. But alas you are left with the option of transferring the dirty clothes to a separate laundry basket or bag, or hauling the entire unit to the laundry room. Luckily, the lightweight construction of the hamper make the second option viable if carrying furniture is your thing.
A full hamper holds approximately two loads of laundry, usually a good indicator that it's time to do the work before those gym socks in the bottom crawl out and declare themselves emancipated.
Overall, I'd say it's a great value considering the competition. If you're trying to match your Ikea decor, you may be out of luck, but if you have a retro-streak or just a wood furniture based style, the Burlington may be the best way to hide your dirty underwear.

Emily II 2 Sided 260 Coil Crib Mattress With Borderwire
I bought this mattress as a replacement of an older 2-in-1 mattress that my toddler used from birth (a Sealy from Babies R Us). When it came time to purchase a new one, the Sealys were all sold out on Amazon, so I picked out this model as a "next-best" without remembering exactly how much I spent on the previous one. The price seemed a little steep, but once I saw how much comparable models go for in stores, I felt a little better.
It isn't as heavy as the previous mattress, and is actually a bit softer in the springs. I am not sure what the coil count is for the other mattress. I couldn't really detect any major difference in "bounce" from the infant to toddler side for either mattress.
One thing I wish I'd looked into is whether it had a handle on the sides, which makes it easier for lifting in and out of the crib when you're changing the sheet. This particular model does not, but it is still fairly easy to manage.
So I guess I'd say this mattress is okay for quality, but you're probably just as well off buying a single sided mattress from the store and save your money. There's rarely a huge difference on any of the 2-sided mattresses, and your toddler isn't likely to notice anyway.

Munchkin Baby Laundry Bag
This is so helpful! I wish I had bought this 2 years ago when my son was a newborn. These little bags make keeping up with baby socks so easy! I purchased 2 of them- one for my new baby due in February and one for my 2 year old. My new high efficiency washer recommends using a bag for small items and this works like a charm, unlike the old fashioned draw string laundry bags that let things fall out of the top of the bag. This is also great for pantyhose and other delicate items! Buy it! You'll love it!
JJ Cole Hamper
I am very pleased with this hamper. It is much sturdier than the fabric ones on wooden frames that come with every nursery set out there, and the neutral colors (I ordered the Cocoa Stripe) go perfectly in my green & taupe nursery now, and I can use this in any room (kids room, bathroom, guest or master BR) after the baby clothes don't need to be kept separate.
It's hard sided with a removable bottom, so it will fold flat when not in use. The top closes with a fabric hinge, and that keeps my cats out of the hamper and baby clothes. Looking at the photos, I thought it was a faux leather finish on the outside, but the whole thing, inside and out, is a stain-resistant canvas finish. Looks very classy, but also practical. I also like the metal-reinforced handles for lifting and carrying (and it is very lightweight for how durable it is).

Safety 1st Travel Ease Elite Play Yard, Orion
This Play Yard has proved to be very useful. I ordered it for my neice for her newborn son and she couldn't live without it.I would trust all the Safety First products over most.Quality is very important. The design and colors matched her nursery perfect, it was just what we were looking for.The esembly was very simple, even for an uncle with no children!!
Dream On Me Classic 2 in 1 Convertible Stationary Side Crib
We ordered this crib, in white, several months ago before our 3rd child was born. Since this was our 3rd (and last) child we didn't want to spend a lot of money on a crib. We just wanted something sturdy and affordable. After having used this crib for 3 months I can definitely say that we love this crib. The white crib makes an adorable crib for a baby girl, although I would say it looks even cuter in person. It was fairly easy to put together and I really like it much better than the old drop-side crib we had with our 2 older children. To go with it, we bought aSealy Soybean Foam-Core Crib Mattress which fits perfectly in the crib.

Boon Animal Bag Stuffed Animal Storage
I purchased this "bean bag" because my little one has what feels like hundreds of stuffed animals. I wanted something that could be stored because having them out seems like a nice dust collector, especially for the ones that only get played with once or twice a month. This "bean bag" was a HUGE hit both for me and my little one. It is made very sturdy from the zipper to the liner to the mesh material that holds it closed. And the outside is just so soft, even I like curling up next to it! Although it does hold alot, I do wish it were a tad bit bigger. I am thinking about purchasing another one for the "leftover" stuffed animals. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.
Jolly Jumper Rocking Bassinet Stand in Espresso Finish
I purchased this stand to go with our moses basket for our baby girl, and it's working well for us! It is lovely to be able to rock her when she needs it, and it allows us to move the basket around the apartment to have it hand wherever she falls asleep.
I deducted a star as the product is not of the highest quality (one of the wooden rods split slightly when screwing it together), and I would have been happier if the wood was FSC certified.
However, it is good value for the price.

Burlington Baby Cherry Willow Hamper with Liner
Very sturdy. I'm not using this as a hamper; it is being used in my kitchen as a trash can. I purchased the one with the white liner as it was the least expensive and I didn't plan on using the fabric liner anyway. I paid $28.00--I notice today it's down to $21.00. I am using it with a tall kitchen trash bag. I was kind of leery buying this item sight unseen, but I must say I am quite pleased with this purchase.
John Deere Pickles 21X42" John Deer Nap Mat, Down On The Farm
This nap mat is by far one of the best, if not the best, on the market. It is a high quality product and is thickly padded. You won't appreciate how great this nap mat is until you compare it with other nap mats. I bought a Lambs & Ivey nap mat which was a waste of money--extremely thin, and unevenly padded, creating uncomfortable lumps. Wildkin is also thin in comparison to John Deere. I recently had to purchase another nap mat required for my daughter's school. This nap mat, while more padded than a Lambs & Ivey and a Wildkin, is extremely lumpy and just plain awful. The extra money you pay for a John Deere nap mat is well worth the cost.
Pea Pod Indoor/Outdoor Travel Bed
We purchased the smaller sized peapod when my son was about 5 months old. My husband and I travel a lot and we needed a travel bed that was lightweight, easy to set up, and safe for our child. This met all of our expectations.
When I purchased this item, I had seen the reviews about how difficult it could be to re-fold the peapod. So I went out to Kidco's website and found a very helpful document there on how to re-fold it. When the peapod arrived, I practiced opening and closing per Kidco's instructions and it didn't take long for me to be able to figure it out and get it down without thinking about it. After that, any trip we went on it was a piece of cake folding it right back up and putting it back into it's pouch.
One of the things I love about it is that it is lightweight and compact. I can pack it in our suitcase and still have room for everything else I need to take.
It's also durable. Again, we travel a lot with our son (about once a month on average), and it has held up over the last 2 and 1/2 years. No tears, rips, or anything (and it's not like we're gentle with it).
Also, I found a technique that minimized the noise from zipping up the tent (holding my thumb and forefinger on the zipper teeth and zipper pull (where the zipper teeth have just closed as you pull the zipper). For whatever reason, that seems to dull the sound. Eventually my son got used to the sound of zipping up/down the tent and it no longer grabbed his attention. And now that he's older, it's a non-issue as I just put him in the tent, say goodnight, and close up the tent (he prefers it zipped up).
Oh, during that first year once our son started to crawl, we often put the tent out for son to explore and play in a few days before heading off on a trip. That would help familiarize him with the tent again and make it an easier adjustment for him once we went on the trip.
My son is finally getting too big for the smaller sized peapod, so we're going to purchase the Peapod Plus and retire the old one. We loved the old one so we hope we'll love the new one, too.

Stork Craft Tuscany 4-in-1 Stages Crib
After finally getting sick and tired of all the crib recalls, we bought this crib on 6/25 for our now 1 year old. The outer box looked pretty rough when it got here but the manufacturers packaging inside the outer box provided by amazon was pristine. I read all the reviews about the crib arriving with scratching so I hawk-eyed every single inch of every piece of the crib. I found NO scratches. I did find 2 small imperfections in the wood itself which can only been seen when looking closely, but that comes with the territory when using real wood.
Assembly directions were very easy to follow. It took us just under an hour to assemble. There is NO WAY to put this crib together by yourself, so don't even try it. The only thing that will result is damage to the crib itself and probably a bad assembly risking your child's life.
My daughter is teething and I know some said the crib scratches very easily. She has marked up the wood on the front rail with her teeth but not through the coloring on the wood. It looks more like indentations. It's really not noticeable unless you look closely but if this is a major issue for you, you might want to go with a crib that you can put guards on.
I drove to every store and essentially looked at every crib out there. I was so worried about buying off the internet but the price was incentive enough to give it a shot. I can honestly say that the quality of this crib surpasses many of the $400 cribs I saw in the retail stores.

Sealy Posturepedic Springfree Soybean & Latex Foam-Core Crib Mattress
We bought this mattress to fit in the Graco Lauren crib and it fits PERFECTLY! The mattress had no smell and is labeled as to which side is the latex (for toddlers) vs. soy foam (for infants). Since we got this mattress, our baby has been sleeping MUCH more soundly, and even through the night on a much more consistent basis! (Her old mattress was a hand-me-down Sealy with springs.) The mattress was delivered in a nice box that fit it just right. She does not get sweaty or hot from the foam, which was a minor concern of mine. I am VERY pleased with this mattress, which is made in the USA, and would DEFINITELY recommend it!
I was a little nervous because it said that I would be emailed when they would become available to ship, but I got the mattress within 5 days of ordering.
As a side note, I was also looking into the Sealy Soy-foam core, which is cheaper, but am glad I bought this one...the latex side is softer and meant for toddlers, so hopefully we won't be buying a new mattress until she needs a twin-sized bed or bigger.

Graco Element Pack 'N Play Playard with Bassinet
Here are some things to keep in mind. If you are looking to use it as the play yard or without the bassinet and other features, it will be faster to assemble and break down and it's good value for the money. If you are looking to use it more like your primary crib for your first couple months think carefully about what you want and need. Whenever you break down the crib to move to another room you need to pull off the changing table. If you are packing it up for longer distance transport you need to completely take the table apart, as well as the mobile and quite possibly some of the hardware on the bassinet. It's not hard, but can take 10-15 minutes. The bassinet feature requires a little time to slide in or out the metal poles that run along the sides and lock it in place, for example.
Warning: The "handy storage case" does not have handles! It has one small awkward carry handle that must be grasped with you hand. You can't sling it over your shoulder. This is a horrible design oversight for a product that is suppose to be convenient and portable. As we will be doing some major traveling when our baby is still quite young, and I've read too many bad things about hotel cribs to depend on one, I'm not looking forward to bringing this to the airport unless I can figure out a way to sew or hot glue some handles onto the case; or maybe I can find an alternative case that will be easier to carry.
The changing table and the little mobile together make for a lot of "stuff" in the way of getting the baby in and out. We do not use the mobile. Also, there is only adequate space to store stuff for changing, so we have supplies near by on a table. Ask yourself if you really need the changing table before deciding on a model that has one.
If you're traveling or using this at a relative's house, this changing table feature would be great since you can guarantee a place to change your young baby that all fits together in one case. However, for use at home, it may not be worth the money, especially if you plan to have more than one portable crib and will have a separate baby changing pad/station that could be secured on a table top or dresser. Also, you could always change the baby on a bed using a changing pad if needed. (If you're considering this model you've probably figured out that the sun-shader and extra infant holder that some newer models can be wastes of money. Good for you! Chances are you are going to put the crib in the shade, could drape a sheet over the top to create shade if needed when the baby uses it without the bassinet feature, or would close the curtains in the room. True, some newborns sleep better when in a smaller "crib" or bassinet, since it's cozier and more like the womb, but ask yourself if the extra money is worth it for those first weeks/ or month. Maybe you can purchase a different kind of infant holder that would be just as effective, for less than the mark up on the cribs that include one.)

Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper Bassinet Leg Extension Kit
To bring the co-sleeper up to the height of the bed, these leg extensions are the best bet. Yes, as someone else said, they do make it a little shaky.
So if you are not planning to attach the co-sleeper to your bed, you may want to leave the height alone. (You'll be getting up anyway, so it probably doesn't matter how tall it is.) But once attached to the bed with the anchor strap, rather than free-standing, it was very secure.

Tots In Mind Crib Tents Portable Playard Tent Plus Sunshade, White
I recently purchased this item to keep my cats out of the pack n play while my daughter was in it. It was very easy to put together, I did it myself at 9 months pregnant. It seems very sturdy and I am generally happy with it. The only issue I have is that I think it will be a pain to take it down, it is definitely not going to be as portable as the pack n play itself. It fits nicely on my basic Graco Pack n Play. The tent is designed to fit a range of sizes and mine is on the small end, you just use the velcro straps on either end to tighten the sides and make it fit to the size of your pack n play. Oh and it's also big enough so the play bar that came with my pack n play can still be attached even with the tent installed.
Also, this is NOT the recalled version from last year, unlike a previous reviewer suggested. That product was the Portable Play Yard Tent with Cabana, this is the Portable Play Yard Tent with Sunshade. Additionally, the box clearly says it has redesigned clips, which was the issue with the recalled product, the clips. This is the newer redesigned product, not the old recalled one.

Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper Original Bassinet
This review is for the Universal Bedside Co-Sleeper, which is exactly the same as the Original except it's sized for beds that are 18-24 inches tall (the Original is sized for beds that are 24 inches tall and taller).
After only a few weeks of using a traditional, high-sided cradle for our baby (who gets up to nurse several times in a night), we decided that we needed something to make moving the baby between her bed and ours easier. We chose the bedside co-sleeper and we haven't been disappointed.
The low side of the co-sleeper is level with our mattress, and the mattress of the co-sleeper is about 4 inches lower than that. This means that when my baby wakes in the middle of the night to nurse, I only have to lift her four inches to get her into my bed. I don't even have to sit up to manage this. Plus, since there are no bars or slats between her bed and mine, when she's fussy at night I can easily reach out a hand to soothe her or find the pacifier she's let slip from her mouth. The four outside pockets (one on each short end and two on the long end) are convenient for holding burp cloths, extra diapers, baby wipes, etc - everything I need for late-night feeding and changing.
Some reviewers have complained that the mattress is too hard. Actually, I found that the mattress is padded but lumpy. This is because it's designed to fold up (so the co-sleeper can be portable and fit into a travel bag). I solved the problem by putting a Quilted Multi-Use Pad on top of the mattress underneath the fitted sheet. The quilting helped smooth out the lumps and make the mattress more comfortable without making it so soft that I'm worried about a smothering hazard. Also, the pad is good protection for the mattress in case of nighttime accidents, since the mattress is made only of cloth with no plastic cover (unlike typical cradle mattresses). Be sure to buy at least one extra fitted sheet when you purchase the bed (one is included with the bed itself) since regular crib or cradle sheets won't fit.

Dream On Me 3" Foam Playard Mattress, White
I purchased this mattress to use with my Baby Trend Nursery Center Playard when we traveled. The playard originally came with little more than a board covered with material, and every time I set my son on it he would instantly wake up. This mattress has worked perfectly. It fits without any gaps around the edges, and is so comfortable that my 4 month old sleeps soundly. The stitching around the edges could be better, but you can't see it once you put a playard sheet over the mattress, and really for the price I can't complain. I definitely recommend this product.
Joovy Room2 Portable Play Yard
This is a really great play yard that is safe, strong and stable. I did a lot of research in search of a suitable "containment" area for my busy one year old and am really pleased with this choice. This thing is built super strong and I like that it does not have a weight limit, unlike my Graco Pack n' Play's 30lb limit. My son is now almost two and the Room 2 really does provide a large and safe play area for when I am trying to get that time in to clean up around the house and cook dinner. It is spacious enough to put several toddlers in it at the same time and because it is bigger my son seems to tolerate playing in it for longer periods of time. It is also very easy to set-up and collapse down since I mostly use it on the weekends. Yes, it is heavier than the Pack n' Play, but I also know I will get several more years of use out of this play yard with a rough and tumble growing boy. So, keep the Pack n' Play for portability and trips out to grandma's house, but get the Joovy Room 2 for every day use in and around the house.
Crescent Mini Crib 50 Coil Mattress
This mattress complements our mini crib so nicely. We were worried that our daughter would not be comfortable enough in her mini crib because of its size, but with this mattress she feels like she's sleeping in mommy or daddy's bed. It is THAT great. Super thick and firm with a little bounce. Very happy that we bought this instead of the standard mini crib mattress.
Graco Lauren Dressing Table
I went to a baby store and saw it in person so I knew what I was getting. It came packaged very well so there was no damage to any of the pieces. Putting together was a breeze with the included allen wrench. I was able to get a nice tight fit so there is no wobble whatsoever. I decided not to put the wheels so now it matches better w/the rest of our baby furniture. We decided to put up against a wall so you dont see the Graco emblem and there's a warning sticker that looks messy to remove. We bought your standard size changing pad to go with it since the included pad is very very thin. The color is a nice dark smooth and even expresso. Buy with confidence, it seems like we're going to get tons of great use and it definitely rounded out our nursery nicely. Amazon shipping was Fed Ex so it was delivered on a Saturday (UPS would have shipped the following Monday) and brought up to our 2nd floor unit. Very happy with this purchase.
Original Chain Gang Toy Organizer - White
We bought this for our playroom and have gotten so many comments from other parents who have come over and love it! I would have given it five stars, but the clips don't hold onto all stuffed animals very well, especially if they're a bit on the heavy side. Overall, it's a great addition to our playroom though and organizes all the stuffed toys so they're no longer in a heap on the floor and my kids actually notice and play with them again.
Graco Travel Lite Crib with Bassinet
I love this bassinet. Not only is it cute, but very functional. It fits in and out of doorways, and has really made my life much easier with a newborn. My only complaint is that when in the bassinet setting ( the padding is hanging from the top of the crib) and your baby gains a little bit of weight it sags in the middle. My son has started to lay across it since otherwise his bottom hangs a little bit. So, in that sense it is not functional for very long. I do love it, and am not sad that I bought it, but now I am going to buy a portable crib, a wood one, since I do not want him to be sleeping in a different room from me yet. If you are buying this so your baby can sleep in your bedroom and wish to do that for 3 months or more and money is a bit more of a factor it might be a better idea to just go directly to a wooden portable crib. They make great ones that fold. That way when your baby hits 10 pounds and you still want him in bassinet mode his butt will not sag in the middle.
It has been several months since this initial review and I did not end up replacing the crib. I put a piece of plywood cut to the size of the mattress to make the bassinet setting last longer and it worked very well ( I also made my own sheets that sandwiched the plywood to the mattress so there was no separation). When my son moved out of the bassinet to his crib we continued to use this travel crib as well... a travel crib and I loved that about this product. The fact that we were able to travel with something familiar my son is able to sleep anywhere. I love the mesh on the sides so I do not have to worry about the whole bumper thing. I did not want to delete my initial review because I feel as though the sagging bassinet setting is important info to a potential buyer and people should know about all their options before purchasing this product.

Graco Pack 'n Play Playard, Circle Time
We got this as a second play yard for our family. We had a cheap, Cosco one, and have used this instead as our primary play yard in our home. It is sturdy and secure. Easy to set up or pack up. Good quality, simple, but cute. Baby still using (10 months). Would recommend to friends.
Dream On Me Classic Sleigh Toddler Bed
i got this bed for my 16 month old daughter to transition her from her crib. it was pretty easy to put together and seemed sturdy. i had this product for about a month when one night i went to go lay my daughter in bed and when i leaned my elbows on it to read her a story one of the small boards underneath that support it snapped. now im not overwieght or obese, so i was pretty confused at how easily it broke. i love the design of the bed but its support beams are not of the greatest material and im afriad this bed will not last long at all. i really suggest that if you decide to get it that you find a way to support the mattress better.
Graco Modern Pack 'N Play Playard with Bassinet and Changer
We've been using this pack and play since we brought our son home from the hospital and now he is 10 weeks old. We didn't want to buy a traditional bassinet since it would only be used for a few months and then be useless. This was a great alternative. Once our son exceeds the bassinet portion, we can still use the pack and play as a play yard.
Pros:
-The sound machine that attaches to the side is great--the music and nature sounds are soothing. Our son likes the music and falls asleep easily when we use it.
-The diaper changing station that attaches to the side has been a real life-saver, making late night diaper changes easy. The storage compartment easily holds lots of diapers and a box of wipes.
Cons:
-It does not fit through our door frames and must be broken down to move from room to room.
-While the bassinet is very secure, it does tend to bow in the center a bit.

Gift Mark Childrens Two Step Stool with Storage, White
This stool does the job. I had expected it to be just a bit higher but it'll work fine when my son get's older. He's 2 years 3 months.
Two things i didn't like so much about it. The first is that it came with a line crack on the top flat piece. It wasn't on the main piece of wood but on the small rail piece attached to the end of the top platform. It's very noticeable when you open the top because the pressure from opening it puts stress on the crack and pushes it apart. That doesn't affect the safety as long as i don't open the top wide open so i decided not to ship it back.
The 2nd thing was that after using it for a week or two, was that the finish/paint is not waterproof in any way, shape, or form. I have to wipe it down after every use. My kid uses it mainly to brush his teeth so small amounts of water can possibly drop onto the stool. I hadn't noticed at first and it has marred the white finish (minor bumps and scratched finish).
Other than that, every things been satisfactory. It was very easy and quick to put together.

Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper Mini Bassinet Convertible
The co-sleeper does exactly what I expected and wanted it to. It's the perfect height for my bed. I can reach over in the middle of the night, grab my little one easily, and get her back in easily after her feeding. We had to pack it for the first time recently to stay at my parents' house. It's not the easiest thing in the world to pack up. There are more than one bags you need to take with you, but it did pack up small enough for us to travel with it easily and set up is easy. If you travel a lot, it might not be the co-sleeper for you, but it was not much of a hassle for a one time thing. It also feels sturdy, so I don't have to worry about her being okay in it.
The Shrunks Sleepover Kid's Travel Bed
We have had air filled beds before but most did not hold the air for more than a couple of days. Last week my 12 year old grandson used it when visiting. I did not deflate but just laid it on the bed in my spare room because we had more company come 3 days later. We put it on the floor for my 4 year old grand-daughter who thought it was a "boat". My favorite feature is that you can tuck in the sheets and blankets. With other beds, the kid and the blankets parted company early on. Both kids stayed covered up all night. At the moment, it is still inflated and waiting for the last batch of grandchildren to visit on Christmas weekend. Great product.
Kushies Baby Easy Fold Baby Bed
I bought this baby bed to use on our first family trip with our daughter (9 months old). It would have been great if she was a bit younger and not pulling herself up on furniture yet. She tried to climb out of it when she woke up and the sides are not strong enough to handle that. They fold/collapse like those circular sun shades for windshields. Otherwise, it was the perfect size and very easily transported. I would recommend it for babies that can roll over, but are not crawling yet.
Dream On Me 3" Extra Firm Portable Crib Mattress, White
I'm lucky enough to have my granddaughter overnight every Saturday, but she's been sleeping in the play n play because I have no crib. However, the folds in the floor pad don't make a flat surface & it certainly doesn't have thick enough padding. I was using 2 extra thick baby comforters but with all her rolling around trying to get comfortable, I was worried she would get tangled up. I bought the Dream On Me 3" extra firm portable crib mattress after reading good reviews. This was the best purchase I've ever made. I bought a play yard sheet that fits the mattress perfectly. Everyone was right about there being about an inch gap on each side, but now I know where to look for her pacifier! Now she sleeps though the night & wakes up smiling. I cannot say enough about this mattress. No crackling plastic noises, and no odor like I read about some of the other mattresses. I would recommend this to everyone, including Graco, who should list it on the box as a "suggested accessory piece".
BABYBJÖRN Travel Crib Light 2
This is very lightweight and super-easy to put together. Much more practical than most other travel cribs because it has fewer components and it is more portable. Another big advantage: it is big and deep, so the child can use it until toddlerhood. So even though it's pricier than other models, it will also outlast them. My other portable crib, which is a pack'n'play type, is already too small for my 6-month old. The Babybjorn is also nice to look at, with clean lines--we keep it in our living room so we have a place to put baby in addition to her crib. My only complaint--although I don't know that it could be solved--is that it is very deep, so for someone short like me, it's hard to put baby down and pick baby up. If you're tall this is probably not an issue! Still worth it.
Serta Nightstar Extra Firm Crib Mattress
This mattress is just what we were looking for - very firm but doesn't seem too uncomfortable. Additionally, it runs a little larger than the average mattress (we had a different mattress that we got for free with the crib that was a few inches smaller on the side), so it fits VERY snugly in a standard crib. In fact, we have to lift the mattress out a little just to get the sheet on, which can be a pain if you have a crib bumper but is comforting to know that the baby can't get his hands stuck between the mattress and crib. Have already recommended this mattress to a few other parents.
